# Card-related Voting and Decisions

On Market.Cards, your voting right should be understood as **Card Co-Disposition Rights**. Its purpose is to let you, as a Tokenized Interest holder, genuinely participate in important decisions related to the card you collectively own — not to govern the entire platform.

Eligible card-related decisions may include whether the card should be sold, whether it should be sent for grading, how grading-related costs should be handled, and other decisions related to custody, handling, grading, sale, or disposition of the card.

Voting is designed to improve market transparency and participation, but it does not guarantee that any individual holder's preference will become the final outcome. A proposal may fail or not be executed because of insufficient participation, insufficient approval, platform review, legal issues, payment failure, or other rule-based reasons.
