# Community Oversight and Appeals for Abnormal Referrals

To deter fake accounts, self-referrals, and other abnormal activity, the platform relies primarily on **community oversight**. The Tickets, participation times, and draw outcomes for every user in a given MintBox are publicly disclosed during the Participation and Result phases (see "Fairness and Verifiability" under "MintBox" / "Detailed Rules"), so the community can independently verify them.

Holders or third parties who observe abnormal activity can submit a report or appeal through Market.Cards' official X / Twitter account or official Telegram group. The platform will review the relevant accounts and activity under its risk-control, compliance, and listing rules. Where abnormal activity is confirmed, the platform may delay or cancel the related Lucky Digits and Referral Earnings, and may apply further restrictions if necessary.
