The Services provide a platform for collectible-card-linked digital tokens, related marketplace features, custody coordination, redemption-related features, supported stable coin payment and settlement support, and other related functionality that may be offered from time to time.

* Stablecoin payment and settlement information, such as supported stablecoin payment amount, payment status, transaction reference, refund destination, and information submitted or generated in connection with a purchase, redemption, refund, or dispute.
* Shipping or delivery details, if delivery or redemption is made available to you.
* Collectibles-related information, such as card listing information, ownership or claim information, grading or authentication records, custody or storage records, redemption requests, delivery instructions, insurance coordination information, disputes, and supporting documentation.
* Compliance and eligibility information, such as country or region information, IP-derived location, wallet-screening results, sanctions-screening results, fraud-risk indicators, and other information reasonably necessary to enforce access restrictions, prevent abuse, or comply with applicable laws.
* User-generated content, such as profile pictures, photos, images, descriptions, comments, questions, messages, or other materials you upload or submit through the Services, together with associated metadata, such as how, when, where, and by whom the content was collected, edited, or formatted, including geographic or location information.

**1.2 Wallet and Blockchain Data**

If blockchain, wallet connection, or digital-asset related features are made available through the Services and you choose to use them, we may collect or observe:

* your public wallet address;
* blockchain transaction hashes;
* on-chain activity relating to the Services;
* activity relating to ERC-20 or other supported collectible-card-linked digital tokens;
* supported stablecoin payment and settlement activity relating to the Services;
* token holdings or transfers visible on public blockchains; and
* blockchain metadata or public network state relevant to the Services.

Blockchain data may be public, immutable, and accessible through third-party blockchain explorers, analytics tools, or infrastructure providers.

**1.3 Automatically Collected Data**

When you access or use the Services, we or our service providers may automatically collect certain technical and usage data, including:

* IP address;
* approximate location information inferred from your IP address, device settings, access patterns, or other technical signals;
* browser type and version;
* device type and identifiers;
* operating system;
* language and regional settings;
* referring URLs;
* pages viewed, clicks, session activity, and timestamps;

* logistics, grading, authentication, storage, insurance, or delivery providers;
* advertising, referral, attribution, or campaign analytics partners;
* social media, communication, or referral tools, where you interact with us through those channels;
* public blockchains that you use in connection with the Services; and
* publicly available sources.

We may combine data from different sources where permitted by law.

* personalize your experience with the Services and our communications;

* process or support supported stablecoin payments, refunds, settlement, and related transaction records;
* coordinate grading, authentication, custody, storage, delivery, insurance, redemption, settlement, or other operational features where offered;
* protect the Services and detect or prevent abuse, fraud, manipulation, unauthorized access, harmful activity, or violations of our Terms or Platform Rules;
* enforce geographic, sanctions, wallet-risk, and other access restrictions;
* understand how the Services are used and improve performance and user experience;
* send updates, campaigns, or promotions where permitted by law, and you may opt out as described below;
* comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, resolve disputes, and enforce our Terms or Platform Rules; and
* facilitate referral or invitation features, such as "invite a friend," if offered.

* legal, accounting, audit, and professional advisory services.

**5.3 Third-Party Platforms and Payment Services**

If you interact with third-party platforms, wallet providers, stablecoin payment service providers, blockchain infrastructure providers, or other service providers through or in connection with the Services, we may share information necessary to facilitate account access, wallet connection, token-related activity, supported stablecoin payments, listings, purchases, sales, redemptions, refunds, settlement, compliance checks, or related service features.

Those third parties' own terms and privacy policies apply.

**5.4 Authorities and Others**

We may disclose personal data to regulators, courts, law enforcement, tax authorities, governmental bodies, and other third parties where required by law or where we believe disclosure is appropriate to protect rights, safety, property, or the integrity of the Services.

**5.5 Business Transfers**

In connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, your personal data may be transferred to a successor or acquirer.

Blockchain data may remain permanently available on public ledgers and may not be capable of deletion or modification.

Blockchain activity may be public and immutable. Wallet connections, blockchain networks, stablecoin payment services, and other third-party services may involve environments or infrastructure that are outside our control and may present additional security, privacy, or operational risks.

The Services are not intended for children under 18 years of age, or for any person who has not reached the age of majority or the minimum legal age required to use the Services in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

If we become aware that we have collected personal data from such a person contrary to applicable law, we will take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or data practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is governed by that third party's own terms and privacy policy. Links do not imply endorsement.
