# From the Person to the Market

**Every market starts with a person and a real player card.** Every market on the platform begins with a player worth believing in over the long term, then builds around a rare player card that represents them. The card is selected because it is scarce, strongly tied to the player, and has market potential.

**Every card has its own market and Tokenized Interest.** Each card has a dedicated market, operated through that card's own Tokenized Interest. You're trading the position tied to that specific card.

**You can enter for $1.** The core idea is "participation by the share" — you can join the market around a rare card without buying the whole thing.

**You can trade your position at any time.** As market attention changes, you can buy or sell your position, express your belief, adjust your holdings, and respond to changes in the player, the card, or the broader market.

**You can take part in decisions about the card.** In each card market, every unit of Tokenized Interest carries equal voting power in eligible card-related decisions. These decisions are limited to matters defined by the listing rules, such as whether to sell the card or send it for grading.
