# Upcoming Features FAQs

### 1. **How does voting work?**

Each card has its own market and Tokenized Interest. In a given card market, every unit of Tokenized Interest carries equal voting power in eligible card-related decisions.

### **2. Can holders vote to sell the corresponding physical card?**

Yes. Tokenized Interest holders may vote on certain decisions related to the card, including whether to sell the underlying card, subject to that market's rules. A sale proposal goes through proposer eligibility, a bidding period, holder approval, platform review, buyer payment, settlement, and proceeds distribution.

### **3. What happens if the card is sold?**

If a sale is approved and completed, the relevant market may suspend trading during execution and settlement. After the buyer's payment is confirmed, the platform takes a settlement snapshot; whoever holds Tokenized Interest at that snapshot receives the sale proceeds pro rata.

### **4. Can Market.Cards stop a sale?**

Yes — but only for protective reasons such as fraud, manipulation, payment failure, legal or regulatory issues, custody issues, or other material risks. We won't override holder decisions for routine commercial reasons.

### **5. Can an ungraded card be sent for grading?**

Yes. For an ungraded card, Tokenized Interest holders may, if allowed by platform review and listing rules, vote on whether to send it for grading.
