# 托管

在 Market.Cards 参与的每一张卡，其实体卡均由 Market.Cards 负责安全托管。托管方式包括但不限于委托第三方专业机构进行保管。无论采取何种托管方式，其保管标准均不低于行业一般水平。每张卡的详情、品相和评级状态，会在对应的卡牌页面公开。参与任何一个卡牌市场之前，建议你先看一下这张卡所在市场的页面信息。

上述安排适用于第一阶段的「平台采购 + 平台托管」模式。未来 Market.Cards 开放第三方授权发行后，具体托管方式、保险与披露安排可能相应调整，平台会通过上架规则与公告及时说明。

**关于平台破产或终止运营时的安排意图**

Market.Cards 的 intent，是让 Tokenized Interest 持有人对底层实体卡享有**优先 / 受益权益**——即在平台破产或终止运营的情形下，相关实体卡不应被视为平台普通经营性资产、由一般债权人共同清偿，而应在合理路径下（例如通过拍卖等方式变现），按 Tokenized Interest 持有人在结算快照时的持仓比例分配收益。

我们正在并将持续致力于通过 **trust（信托）、SPV（特殊目的实体）或其他类似法律结构**，使这一安排在适用司法辖区下尽可能 bankruptcy-remote（与平台破产风险隔离）。具体安排将随产品成熟与司法辖区差异另行披露。参与者应理解：**在正式法律结构落地之前，上述安排为平台 intent，不构成 enforceable legal commitment。**
