# 託管

在 Market.Cards 參與的每一張卡，其實體卡均由 Market.Cards 負責安全託管。託管方式包括但不限於委託第三方專業機構進行保管。無論採取何種託管方式，其保管標準均不低於行業一般水平。每張卡的詳情、品相和評級狀態，會在對應的卡牌頁面公開。參與任何一個卡牌市場之前，建議你先看一下這張卡所在市場的頁面資訊。

上述安排適用於第一階段的「平臺採購 + 平臺託管」模式。未來 Market.Cards 開放第三方授權發行後，具體託管方式、保險與披露安排可能相應調整，平臺會通過上架規則與公告及時說明。

關於平臺破產或終止營運時的安排意圖

Market.Cards 的 intent，是讓 Tokenized Interest 持有人對底層實體卡享有優先 / 受益權益——即在平臺破產或終止營運的情形下，相關實體卡不應被視為平臺普通經營性資產、由一般債權人共同清償，而應在合理路徑下（例如通過拍賣等方式變現），按 Tokenized Interest 持有人在結算快照時的持倉比例分配收益。

我們正在並將持續致力於通過 trust（信託）、SPV（特殊目的實體）或其他類似法律結構，使這一安排在適用司法轄區下盡可能 bankruptcy-remote（與平臺破產風險隔離）。具體安排將隨產品成熟與司法轄區差異另行披露。參與者應理解：在正式法律結構落地之前，上述安排為平臺 intent，不構成 enforceable legal commitment。
